What is the Virtual Gastric Band Weight Loss Program?

The Virtual Gastric Band Program is a combination of Sheila Granger’s Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis program, Scottsdale Hypnosis’ Mind Body techniques, and NLP to reframe and effectively put you in control of your weight loss.

What is the Virtual Gastric Band and How Does it Work?

    The Virtual Gastric Band is a non-surgical technique, using the power of hypnosis to retrain you to be satisfied with smaller portions of food. It changes how you think about food and gives very safe, very predictable results. You can eat what you want, within three small meals a day – this is not a diet. The Virtual Gastric Band will enable you to intake smaller portions. This can be your long-term solution to your battle with weight and your relationship with food.

    Many clients have benefited from The Virtual Gastric Band technique. This program can be done individually or in group sessions.

    Introductory Session

    Join Board Certified Hypnotist, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, & Virtual Gastric Band Hypnotist, Colleen Hitchcock as she guides you through the initial session of the Virtual Gastric Band Program.

    Learn how you can incorporate Mind body connections in your life to make lasting changes and take control of your weight and your relationship with food. During this first session of the Virtual Gastric Band program, you will have the Virtual Gastric Band “installed” with Hypnosis. The Introductory Session includes the reinforcement hypnosis CD for daily listening. Effective one on one sessions are available anytime.

    Session 2: Within one week we meet again, and the session can be as short as one hour or as long as 2 hours, depending on how well you have done and what challenges have come up for you.

    Session 3: This session is booked within a month of session 2, at the discretion of Colleen and the client. If you are doing well and have had no challenges come up that you cannot handle, you can just schedule your 3rd session before the end of the month.

    Session 4: Follow-up session can be at any time – from just after Session 3 or even months later. This session allows the client to feel empowered in their weight loss journey. This brings forward opportunities to share successes, as well strategizing ways to overcome any new challenges.
